Casel Burnett, a distinguished construction leader in the automotive industry, leverages his vast experience to inspire and enable others to harness their potential. His entrepreneurial ventures and the establishment of his own companies underscore the pivotal role that life lessons from others played in his success.

Casel received degrees in mechanical engineering and manufacturing management from the University of Dayton and Kettering University. In his professional activities, he has combined management talent and hands-on technical expertise to streamline operations, increase productivity, and reduce costs, driving bottom-line improvement at Toyota and General Motors. Highly skilled in troubleshooting and solving problems, he has improved operations by leading teams to achieve efficiencies through innovative procedures and processes.

Casel directed major capital projects to on-schedule completion at Toyota, where he rose through the ranks to the executive level, becoming group manager of production engineering.

Throughout his career, Casel has demonstrated skill in implementing continuous process improvements and building, training, and coaching high-performance operations and production teams. He seeks to act as a catalyst for and lead change throughout an organization. He strives to simplify complex processes in order to get things done quickly in ever-changing environments. 

His mission is to build a foundation from the publication of his book, No Regrets: What My Dad Tried to Teach Me and I Now Know, that will support his vision of sharing one of his father’s greatest lessons of “You can do anything if you put your mind to it” to help children and adults “innovate and implement” to make our world an even better place.
